Cathy and I would like to say thank you for the wonderful job you did on our master bath renovation. It’s hard to find professionals with true old world craftsmanship that also have current world tastes, skills and tools. But most notable is the dedication to detail and treating all tasks as if it were you own home.

Albano Builders is dedicated to completing projects with integrity. As with all projects, you start with an idea and you must have a mindset of the “What will I find - contingencies”.

For starters, to save project dollars we were going to reuse the existing bath vanities and only replace the counter tops. Once the old counters came off it was realized that the vanities structure was poor and coming apart. Looking at a three week backlog to purchase new vanities, Glen just took both cabinets back to their woodworking shop, salvaged and reused what he could, and built two new ones. The job was back on track with less cost, more efficiency and better quality cabinets in a few days!

Next, we had our bath floor completely ripped out. It was not completely level, most likely due to house settlement issues, again, attention to detail, Dave and Ben corrected the problem to near perfection. They were committed to getting the problem fixed before laying the new floor.

A couple of other notables. Full transparency and drivers of cost. Very clear and regimented on schedule. Great communications throughout the project.

If you are looking for a contractor with work ethic & craftsmanship, these guys are the real deal. Not the low cost provider, but you get what you pay for, and, the level of professionalism these guys deliver is definitely worth it.
